Covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty
• Guarantee against any defects in workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.
• Repairs and/or replacement will be made with like or similar parts or products.
• A Two-Year Warranty applies to the painted surface of the shutters/frames/wood valance. The paint warranty will be voided if the shutters/frames/sustain water damage.
What’s Not Covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty
• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
• Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the shutter/frame/wood valance.
• Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture), natural fading from the sun.
• Any repair or refinish not completed by Shade & Shutter Concepts

All shutters made by Shade and Shutter Concepts are made of wood. If there is an area where the shutter will continuously get wet, like a shower, we will use PVC. Our measure team will identify the areas PVC is needed during the measure.

Our wood shutters maintain excellent durability and are covered by a lifetime warranty.

The louver size you choose will depend on the size of the opening, the look you are trying to achieve, and the depth of the windows.
If you have shutters installed today, some people choose to keep sizing consistent throughout the home. The larger the louver, the less horizontal lines.

We let you choose the paint color. All we need is brand, color, base, number and finish.
Normally, we recommend matching the trim color in the home. Traditionally, many builders and painters use SW 7006 Extra White Semi-Gloss for their trim

All wood products are made from premium bass wood.

All wood and pvc products are made at our shop in Naples, Fl.

No, you do not have to be home. As long as we have access to your home either via lockbox, house watch, or a neighbor, we can complete the install and lock the door when we're done.

Small installs can take as little as 30 to 45 minutes, large installs can take the whole day.

No, our installers will move any furniture or items that are in the way. If there are any items you are particularly concerned about, please move them prior to our arrival.

Yes. Our installers will use drop cloths to protect the floor & furniture and will clean-up once they're done with the installation.

Yes, we offer the following:
Rechargeable - Lithium batteries, internal & external.
Low Voltage – Tiny wires that runs back to control locator called a Home Run. The transformer and distribution panel are needed in the location to power the shade.
AC Power-
A: Plug into wall where shade is located.
B: Direct wire into a box by an electrician.

The lead time for shutters is typically 4 weeks, while the lead time for shades is typically 6-8 weeks. We will give you an install date when you pay the deposit.

This depends on the look you are going for and how much light protection you seek. We can help guide you based on your preferences at the time of measure.

We accept cash, check or card. You can mail or drop off a check or cash or call us to pay by card.
Using a card will result in a 3% card fee and we do not accept American Express.

We offer a complimentary measure followed with an estimate by the next business day. We require a 50% deposit in order to put the products into production.
Typically, the lead time for shutters is 4 weeks, while shades are 6-8 weeks.
